Was treated very bad at last purchase at the Best Buy in Valdosta, GA. I purchased a screen protector for my smartphone and when I arrived home I opened the package to find it was used or defective as the actual screen protector was stuck to the inside wall of the package. When I returned it a few hours later instead of apologizing for selling me a defective item the first thing that was said to me before even asking my name or looking at the receipt was accusing me of fraud. Your employee said "I can promise you we did not sell you this product this way". She insinuated that I was lying. I asked to speak with the manager and another employee, possibly the manager, said "I will replace the item with another one THIS TIME", as if she was doing me a favor when no one grasp the fact that a customer(me) was sold a defective product and had a bad experience which became worse. I am an Elite Member ID and no one even bothered to ask. I will not be shopping at Best Buy for a long time. To think that I have spent so much in thisvstore and to be accused of scamming $17. Very sad.

Like that these screen protectors do a great job protecting my phone.

This was such a mess. We could not get it on our phone without having tons of bubbles. It was horrible and kept folding over on itself. We had to finally just stop trying and go buy a different brand. I completely wasted my money.

Zagg makes the best screen protectors. The only difference in this one is the fact that they have changed the application process. I have been using the Zagg screen protectors for a number of years and prefer the wet method of application. It makes it much easier to apply the film to the screen with minimal errors. This year there was only a screen wipe and it wasn't quite as easy to apply.
