Got this in my "signature" color of purple, no problem getting it to work right away. Easy-peasy!

I love having the keyboard! No need for a laptop. My iPad with the keyboard does everything I need!

I was given a keyboard case as a Christmas gift. When my daughter started to attach it a few weeks later, she realized it was the wrong size. We went to Best Buy in Medford --talked with a lady in the service department and she was most helpful--no problem on exchanging for the correct sized keyboard case. She even put it on my iPad and gave me some basic instruction on it's use (I'm a senior and need all the help I can get!)

I like it because it also protects apple and sense I've always had one feel more comfortable using it

Great product overall, easy to synch to iPad and case works great. Also battery has a long-life.

We had to go to the store twice for help because the keyboard wouldn´t recognize the ipad, so it stopped functioning.... That was a pain and it happens once in a while.... Other than that, great product.

It is a great protection folder for my iPad , very durable n has nice leather finish feel to it

Ive purchased 3 of these because I like it so much. It makes working on my ipad so much easier. The one main problem with the cover is the hinges. They get stiff and then the spine breaks. The reason ive had 3 is because Ive had to replace the first 2 after they broke. I still recommend this item however make sure you get replacement insurance in case the hinge problem occurs.

Great keyboard but it breaks easily. Once you open and close is so many times it eventually won't stand up on its own....at least that is what happened to mine.

Sturdy overall. Hinge is solid, stays where you set it. Keyboard works when needed. Very satisfied.

Zagg makes a durable keyboard. It also has a long lasting battery life. Also, if you register with Zagg, their customer service is awesome and if you have any problems they will replace your product. Highly recommend. Their items may be pricey but you get what you pay for.
