Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought this for a new construction home and upon arrival the box looked fine and all the pieces looked good. It wasnt until it was time to put it in that we noticed the top coveres were bent and unusable, it was past the 15 day return period so best buy wouldnt do anything about it. Also the plastic film over most of the product is extremely hard to remove. Overal the actual prodcut is decent for the price, the bad review is more on best buy.
