I got 2 of them and it takes a couple minutes to connect to a network but after that you have a super IP Cam

I could not connect the camera to my strong wireless signal, nor could I connect my iPhone 6S to the camera ... disappointing

There could be a few reasons why you're having trouble getting the camera to connect. We hope you were using our Zmodo smartphone app? Please give our tech support all call at 217-903-5037 Mon-Fri between 8am and 8pm so we can troubleshoot this for you. If for some reason there was a problem with the camera, it would be covered under the warranty and we would we replace it.

Purchased two of these from Best Buy, one of them keeps turning the camera to face the back and points down. Chatted with tech support and they suggest turning the base of the camera around, which would not work with the wall mount, but just a silly suggestion. The other one seems to work fine so far. There are not much in the way of settings on the camera. Would love to turn off the night vision, but it glows all night.

These don't record all the time, even with a micro sd installed. Zmodo support confirms. The server goes down often. Do not rely on these for actual cctv. They do not record and video cannot be transferred to authorities.
