Customer Ratings & Reviews

The boiler is quiet and easy to use. When it is boiling water, the hot steam does not come out from the top like other models. Also, I love this brand because our old boiler lasted a dozen years.

This water boiler heats up water super fast. Its compact so it doesn't take much counter space and its really easy and user friendly.

Great and reliable hot water heater, we bought it two+ years ago, only cleaned it once or twice and it still works like the day we bought it. I hope to use it for 10 more years. Timer function works well since we always need hot water for instant coffee in the morning.

It's functions are great. I regret not buying a higher capacity one because of how frequent I use hot water.

Easy to use. Quick to boil the water. Beeps when the hot water is ready.

Very satisfied with this purchase. It keeps water warm and the timer works great.

It's fine, though a little slower than I would like. I wish I could change exact temperature settings, but the ones provided work fine for what I use it for (cooking, coffee).

Everyone should use filtered water. The hot water will always there for you! We use it for making teas, hot drinks, cooking, or even dishwashing!

My last two products from ZojI lasted 10 to 16 years. This is heavy use. I will continue buying their water boiler and rice cooker.

I bought this for my MIL and it is great compact hot water boiler. She uses it all the time in her small kitchen

I love it. It’s easy to use and I am always ready for a cup of tea.

Nice smaller kettle. Serves its purpose. A little on the expensive side but is worth it

It works very well. Has been working perfectly until now

Dont last very long but my parents wanted this one. Old one broke and metal started rusting and turning color

Poorly handled warranty support. It has been more than twenty days now they cannot fix the malfunctioning item. Think twice. It has electronics inside which apparently breaks down so quickly and “impossible” to fix.

Works as advertised. Keeps the water hot when you need it
