    This is probably of a sleekest looking toaster available, and it has been a great addition to the kitchen. I highly recommend it.

    The slots are wide and long. Perfect for sliced sourdough. Great color more mat then shiny. I can store it long or wide on my counter.

    Makes great toast and good looking. Love the wide openings for large slices. Two minor nits: the crumb drawer pops out too easily, and it makes a noise while toasting. I still wouldn’t trade it!

    Excellent build quality. Wide slots that easily accommodates half of a fat NYC bagel. The slots are longer than the typical toaster so one can toast a long slice of bread. My only complaint is the the settings for defrost, warm etc are small, located at the bottom of the toaster and hard to read.

    Really loved the design, however not all of the heating elements were working properly. The ones that were working worked well.

    First time with a 4 a lot toaster and I live the convenience of this unit. Perfectly toasts each piece evenly. Bought this online without seeing it in person so I will note that if you are looking for a true black matte accent, more the top if this unit is shiny black but it doesn’t detract from the beauty enough for me return it.

    Sleek looking and with setting for every shape and size of flour product out there. The frozen setting is so helpful. I love this toaster!

    Sent as an expensive gift, and it didn’t work. Embarrassing.. looks nice and they would never get burned… but really..
