"I wish it would reference my recent work out via the connections that it has in the app for example, Strava or Apple health so if I did a yoga workout, it would give me personalized recommendations a few hours later or the next day based off of that workout mentioning that workout that would be cool and then if there was someway to sort of track progress, I don't know if that would be from either me inputting you know one of the 10 ranking or something like that, but that would also be a good thing to potentially include....We do a mix of HIIT, core, strength, running, and yoga. On our lighter days, we might do some yoga, a walk, and a short core session. "
