I bought it for my mother in law and this is her first phone. Phone was not complicated it takes you back in those times when Nokia released the camera phones. However activating the prepaid account was too complicated for a first time user in her 60’s. Sad but true it took 2 hours to activate a cdma phone because the options are android, windows and Apple OS.

This phone is for my Mother (83). It's easy for her to use, not overwhelming with too many options. Good price and easy to add to the phone plan.

If you need a phone for your parents or just a cheap phone to get by, this is a good one. Works well and does the job, plus easy to use

WOW! The specs on this flip phone are impressive! I don't use this as my phone to make / receive calls on. I use it as an MP3 player and for other basic features. Love the fact that it has a MicroSD slot which means I can play / store all of my music on it. And the processor speed, performance and battery life is WICKET fast and impressive for a flip phone! I never knew that a quad-core processor could be put in a flip phone!

My daughter works at camp ernst and in the valley she doesn't grey a signal with her other phone so so she bought this phone and hasn't had any trouble since she works with kids she needsto be able to call if she needs help with a injured child or to be able to hwyy in contact with her family in case of emergencies. Plus she loves that it's basic has a wide screen.
