Great exercise video for everyone!

I bought this video because the warm weather is here and I want to shape up... glad I did cause it's a great video, easy to follow routine, and I can already see results! It's perfect for beginner's!!

Great Quick Workout for Buns

Love that you can pick the 10 minute workouts. So if you want a longer workout you can do multiple choices or if you are short on time you can do one.
I would recommend this to a friend

Quick and Easy Workout DVD

I've started traveling weekly for work and decided to bring some work out dvd's with me to do in the hotel room. This DVD requires little space and nothing besides good supportive workout shoes. Can create a custom workout with the 6 different 10 minute workouts or do just one if strapped for time. Instructor is very perky and keeps me motivated. Don't think I would have tried this one when I was first getting back into shape but now that I'm 2 months in this was a great addition to my DVD rotation.
