Purchased an amp kit on 8/20/2025. My installer Ash went above and beyond. I was as worried and unsure before installation but once I arrived for my 1030am appointment Ash was able to explain everything to me in clear concise language about a complicated product and install. Ash spent time making sure that everything was safe and performing making sure the stereo and amp were running at peak performance all the way from battery to the speakers (which is way beyond the scope of the install. I will be back for every little car tech I need and I will send all my family and friends to Ash. It’s hard to find honest and knowledgeable audio techs so I’m stoked to have found Ash.

Did an amazing job!! Sounds great, looks professional, did wverything i asked, hook up 1 amp and used parts i provided for everything. And set me up incase i wanted to add a second amp later. Over all i am really pleased, way better then when i had it done at cartoys on a different vehicle

Fast and friendly. I had no clue how to do this myself and they were happy to help! The installation was impressively clean, there are no loose or revealed wires In sight, and they tuned the sub for me. Great service, I am a happy customer!

The car audio installer did a great job and the amplifier and subwoofers sound very good. I brought my own equipment and wiring. The 12 volt positive wire was routed around the firewall's rubber boot with extra wiring protection and my approval. I may upgrade my cheap LOC converter to an LC2I converter to increase the input voltage for better amplifier output efficiency. Thank You for the Install Geek Squad!!!

Brandon and his coworker did a phenomenal job on the installation of my car audio. Couldn't be happier! Pioneer Double Din DVD, Serius Satellite, 4qty Pioneer TS-Z65CH 6.5 inch separate components, 1 Fosgate 800 watt RMS Amp for the 6.5'' appropriately tuned, 0 gauge power amp wire kit, 3 sets of RCA's - I had 2 JL subs with 2 x 800 watt RMS Fosgate amps already wired and ready with a 10 farad fosgate capacitor and distribution blocks. I've been doing car audio for 20+ years. Couldn't have done a better job myself. I highly commend them for both quality and price! 5 stars isn't enough!

The car audio team in BG,KY store is hands down beyond question customer friendly and results oriented. Amazing job on the installs and doing a bit extra if time slot allows. And went beyond on ensuring customer satisfaction. The install was flawless on their end, but the added power of the entire system they did all interior speakers,head unit,amp and subs caused a few issues since manufacturers don't blame on cars shaking as much as my system did they helped trouble shoot and fix everything even though it wasn't really their fault(A airbag harness sensor wasn't made to handle the subs shaking it so tripped a check system light so they helped figure it out and fix so annoying lights wouldn't show up). I can't vouch for every best buy but don't let a few negative reviews make you run away because some teams are doing it just because they love working with the stuff. I'd gladly show up to show off this best buy audio team work if anyone was worried.

The installers John and Jack did a great job. Professional, timely, and clean. I couldn’t have been happier with the work they had done. I would recommend these guys to my friends family and anybody interested in getting a new stereo put in their car.

The installer, I believe his name is Tony, was very attentive, professional, did a very good job. The only issue I have with purchasing installation services is that appointments near my home were not available and when you call Best Buy to speak with someone, takes forever and almost impossible.

The installers mounted a mono amp in my truck along with other accessories, the sound is awesome, my friends agreeed the sound is better than before

The agent installed a Kicker Amp, Line out converter, and Kicker 12inch Subwoofer using a Kicker wiring kit. The install was super clean and doesn’t take up much trunk space.

My technician who installed my speaker did an amazing job! A very clean installation! And the sound change my whole listening experience!

Came in to have a single sub installed. Could’ve done it myself but honestly don’t have time. Tech was honest & answered any questions I had. They let me bring my own sub & wiring harness. Sub sounds beautiful. The warranty is amazing. Would definitely recommend.

I had a mono amp, 4 channel amp, and an LC7i installed by Kyle and Sam at the Madison Heights location the other day. They did a fantastic job with the cable management and routing and made everything as "factory-looking" as possible. There was no panel alignment issued or any type of rattling coming from the A and B pillars (which I've had issues in the past with installs at places like Car Toys).

Install was very clean on my 2019 Nissan Titan XD for a Kicker 800.1 amp and Audio Control LC2i pro. Tech answered all my questions and tune was excellent for my Skar audio 10" custom box.

Technicans did a great job, they fitted my speaker perfectly as well as did a clean job to hide the wires.

The installer was very friendly, he also did a good job, I just would have liked the cables to be inside.

Sergio installed our amp and subs for us and it all works incredible with no problems. I'm so glad my boyfriend and i had them install it.
