  • No out-of-pocket costs for parts or labor: We take care of 100% of the costs of parts and labor for covered repairs and failures, with no hidden fees.
  • If your battery won't hold a charge, we'll take care of it: Get a one-time replacement for your original non-disposable battery (or product if it's an integrated battery), if it fails to hold at least 80% of its original charge specifications.
  • If your screen has bad pixels or a shadow image, consider it handled: If you have at least three pixels that are always the same color or a ghost image that won't go away, we'll get your picture looking like new.
  • If there's a hardware failure, we'll repair or replace your product: This could be a problem with an internal part, how the e-reader was manufactured or normal wear and tear. It could also be caused by dust, internal heat or humidity.
  • If your e-reader won’t turn on because of a power surge, count on us to make it right: You're covered if there's a power surge or fluctuation that damages your product. This includes a surge caused by a lightning strike.
