One of the biggest reasons I love purchasing my electronics from Best Buy is Geek Squad. Their customer service has been consistently amazing. They are knowledgeable, professional, and actually take the time to help you understand what’s going on with your device. I also really appreciate how quickly they work to get things repaired or taken care of. What gives me peace of mind is knowing that when something can’t be repaired, they work with you to find a solution, including store credit when applicable. That kind of customer service makes a huge difference when you’re spending your hard-earned money on electronics. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Geek Squad, and honestly, knowing they’re there is one of the reasons I feel comfortable continuing to shop at Best Buy. I bought the second-generation Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses along with the Geek Squad protection plan. I’m really glad I did, just in case I accidentally dropped them or spilled something on them; since I use them mostly outdoors, anything can happen. It gives me total peace of mind knowing they’re protected. I highly recommend it!

Good prices for 2 years insurance. They make it easy and fast to get replacement if something happens to your item. Totally recommend to get protection on all items.
