So my girlfriend had her Garmin band for a couple of months and a few of the pixels on the display went out. Thankfully had purchased the 2yr Geek Squad insurance on it. They replaced the fitness band no questions asked, swapped it out for a new one, and I actually managed to get some money back because the price had dropped on it since our initial purchase. Definitely worth the $20 as opposed to spending another 100+ on a new activity tracker!

You have insurance on your home and automobile. You likely have a protection plan for your technology. Why not have a protection plan for this? I couldn't think of one reason not to. While not the most expensive technology I've purchased, it's still technology. I wouldn't buy a computer or phone without a protection plan. For me this is no different. For a small price I have peace of mind should anything happen.

bestbuy offered a good product but without being the manufacturer the extended coverage is needed to keep them in the loop longer, and helps to protect your investment, and allow for continued use of the device thats needed without downtime. so as a rule the stuff i need most i buy from bestbuy and get the coverage there as well so i will know as a fact that it will keep working when i need it most.

One of the reasons I shop at Best Buy is the awesome warranties available for their products. If I buy anything with a remote chance to break from something outside of intentional destruction I buy the Geek Squad protection. I have never had a bad experience with this option.

I buy the Geek Squad protection on almost everything we buy from Best Buy. They are a lot better than the Manufacturer. Try dealing with them once and you will wish you were dealing with Geek Squad.

I am very happy with the FitBit. Not only does it track number of steps taken, but there is a website that helps track and structure your overall health and wellness. the FitBit also tracks sleep habits. This is a great tool!

I really LOVE this product. It helped me find my base line for how much I really walk and so much more. The app is user friendly and the wrist band is comfortable and discrete.

Glad I had insurance on my up jawbone band. A piece broke off and had to return it after months of using...with the insurance I was covered for a brand new one. Worth the insurance fee.

I had a Misfit prior to buying the Fitbit and I must say what a difference in quality. The Fitbit does exactly what it says it's going to do and more. I highly recommend this to anyone that likes to track their daily fitness activities.

I gave this to my wife for her birthday and she loves it! She wears it all the time, she like looking how many steps she took during the day.
