My first Geek Squad purchase. I asked around everywhere - couldn't find an answer to if this is necessary but finally decided to buy it. I hope it is as easy as Best Buy says in the event i do need to claim against it.

I always get geek squad nowadays when I buy electronics from BB. You never know the quality these days - QC questionable even for reputable brands.

My dog was sick and had an accident inside the house and the roomba was scheduled to vacuum that day and ran over it. Geek squad didn't cover it.
