I highly reccomened getting the geek squad warranty I had to return the first neato we had and they gave us a brand new one and stated they couldn't work on them. The old one just "lost its mind" one day keep beeping once it left the charger when I had done all the suggested fixes. No problem with the 2nd one so far.

Used once for a robotic vacuum warrenty. Fast and hassle free. Worth it as most vacums only get one year and require you to pay shipping on defects.

Turned the unit loose as soon as we got home. It went under couches, beds, etc. It worked so well we had to empty it multiple times the first day.

Had to use the warranty on our last vacuum and we ended up getting a new vacuum that was better then the previous. Great investment.

Smart buy for expensive appliances and other things. Wasn't too pricy for 2 years of peace.

If you're clumsy like me, this is a must. Good call on the vacuum.

this protection is a good thing to buy. something could go wrong with the product and it is nice to know that it will be able to be fixed or replaced.
