A pity purchase of athletic cardboard
I purchased this "Fat Pack" at the physical store because my child was growing restless while waiting for our Pokemon rations. My son knows absolutely nothing about baseball cards but enjoys shiny bits of paper, like a crow. But let's talk about the name of the product itself: the "Fat Pack." It’s an oddly judgmental way to describe a collection of paper. It implies that the standard packs are "fit" or "athletic," and this specific pack has spent too much time in the dugout eating concessions. It is, in reality, just a slightly thicker slab of cardstock. The cards feature what Topps calls "full-bleed photography," which is a fancy way of saying the picture goes all the way to the edge of the card. It is visually stunning, which is a detail entirely lost on a child who is only looking for cards that are shiny or textured. Fortunately, this pack contains three "Pink Foil" parallels, which allowed my son to feel a fleeting sense of victory despite having no idea who the people on the cards are. The cards are made of the expected grade of paper. They do not provide nutritional value, nor do they grant the owner any sudden ability to hit a curveball. They are now sitting in a random binder in no order, probably never to be looked at again. It is a product that contains exactly 36 pieces of baseball-themed cardboard. The transaction was successful. Five stars.

Good for the price, you get a decent amount of cards that you could easily make back 2x what you spend with a couple decent cards. Card arts are cool and ive pulled a couple numbered cards
