Went shopping for a stove and this one was Great! Exactly what i wanted.

one month of use and there was a problem with the gas. that was a year ago. We couldn't use oven for a month, and 3 different service people came out: one said it would be replaced, another repaired... etc. It was repaired, not replaced. Now, a year later a fire erupted in the bottom of the oven - baking at 400* I have the total tech membership, but have to pay $85 for the service call so I can get my Free Warrantee. Whah??? I'll let y'all know what happens. But the MUST replace this range. and I'm not buying a whirlpool product again. Who here has had a fire break out in their oven - EVER!?!?

Me snd my wife was looking for stove for long time we even go to Best Buy outlet but we found tge one from store best buy store person was very helpful and we purchased the whirlpool stove my wife loved the stove and she loved the stove more because it has gas knob to open its on top because we have 7 grandkids so thx stove is very nice

This brand new range got repaired in a year, when the manufacture's warranty got expired. All other same model 4 brand new ranges broke down in a year, precisely when the warranty expired. This consistent issue is unacceptable and has led to unnecessary expenses. I will not recommend Whirlpool ranges especially.
