Terrible, awful customer service. Didn’t get our air basket with our stove, were told to buy one ourselve. They also do not give a manual anymore, it’s on online, we wanted a manual that we can actually look at

As an expensive product, it doesn't look like I expected. It was priced at 5k, but I felt it should have priced under 4k.
