• No out-of-pocket costs for parts or labor: We take care of 100% of the costs of parts and labor for covered repairs and failures, with no hidden fees.
• If there's a hardware failure, we'll repair or replace your product: This could be a problem with an internal part, how the projector was manufactured or normal wear and tear. It could also be caused by dust, internal heat or humidity. Accidental damage is not included.

• If the remote that came with your projector stops working due to a covered failure, we'll replace it: Get a one-time replacement for the remote control that was included in your projector’s original box.
• If your projector won’t turn on because of a power surge, count on us to make it right: You’re covered if there's a power surge or fluctuation that damages your product. This includes a surge caused by a lightning strike.
• Your product, your peace of mind, our promise: If we originally installed your projector and you need a repair, we'll uninstall it for you and then bring your projector to a Best Buy store to start the repair process. After the repair is complete and you've picked it up, we'll come out and reinstall it for you.
