Best Buy warranties are a bit on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. I haven't needed to use it yet for the Dyson Cinetic yet but for the couple of TVs that I needed repaired, the warranty was a life saver. I had two TVs repaired a few times and on the last repair for both of them the parts were not able to be ordered. And so, Best Buy replaced my TVs at the full cost of my purchase price excluding the actual warranty cost. About Ten years ago I had one problem with Best Buy in regards to replacing a PC that was a lemon but I the end they replaced the tower with a comparable model. I have not had a problem ever since and highly recommend the Geek Squad Protection.

I added on the 4 year protection plan to my Dyson purchase. The Best Buy teammate that helped me with my exchange told me that their 4 year warranty is on top of the Dyson 5 year warranty. Small price to pay for a NINE year warranty!

I always buy Geed Squad Protection when I buy high dollar items at Best Buy. It is a comfort knowing you have insurance if anything goes wrong. I have used the service before and have never had any hassle or dumb questions. This is a great service to have. Peace of mind goes a long way.

The major reason I recommend this warranty is because for Dyson (and I'm pretty sure all vacuum cleaners) it adds to the manufacturers' warranty. So for example the Dyson I bought has a 5 year man. warranty so this made it 9. I would definitely spend the extra money to ensure I don't have to buy a vacuum in the next decade!

I had to exchange a product because of a malfunction and they provided a quick service without any problem. The only thing is that you lose your warranty everytime you use it and to buy it again you have to look for the new price range, In my opinion the warranty should not change if a product is exchanged for the same.

Whenever I purchase an electronic device I always purchase extended warranty. When you compare Geek Squad Protection extended warranty with the others it is always exceptional, less money more time great service. Two thumbs up !!!

For the price of the protection plan it is certainly worth it and at a fair price. It is very convenient and will replace your product when needed with ease. Highly recommend.

4 years of protection for a fair price. I'll keep my fingers crossed that nothing goes wrong but it's nice to know I have this to fall back on.

Bought a four-year policy on a Roomba, after having bought them on several failed Neato robot vacuums. They seem to fail at around a year of owning them. Took ours in to exchange, less than a year old and now they have altered the deal. Roomba now forces you to have the machine sent in for repairs, which is inconvenient and NOT what I paid for. We were told there was "nothing they could do" and it was "just changed because they hated how we were doing business". I did not pay this much to have to go through the hassle of waiting possibly weeks to have clean floors. Will no longer buy from Best Buy if they can just change terms at any time without warning.
