I usually never buy extended warranties or plans. However I had purchased a 4 year plan for a Dyson vacuum because of the amount of plastic on the device and the nature of its use. Well worth it this time! After a handful of years the head of the vacuum broke. I took it in expecting to get it repaired but I got a gift card for almost the entire amount of the vacuum, years later! No questions or hard times given, the warranty was honored then and there. This experience will make me much more likely to consider Geek Squad protection in the future. It should also be noted Geek Squad is one of the ONLY warranties that will cover burn in on an OLED tv. Read the fine print at other stores, usually not covered elsewhere.

These warranties are a must with high end products. I’ve used geek squad protection plan a few times. Always helped me 100%.

Got this for my Neato Robotics vacuum. They're pricey so i definitely believe its worth getting the warranty.

Was told the extended warranty would extend the manufact warranty and it does not. Called support and they would do nothing and said sorry the tech was misinformed, so sorry so sad.

I've enjoyed Geek Squad service ever since it became available and never had any complaints.
