Geek Squad Protection is worth every penny. I replaced my vacuum in store, no issues after it suddenly died out from useage after only a few months. The manufacturers warrenties dont cover to the extent of normal wear and tear. Geek squad did. I got a $100 vacuum for the price of my GSP replacement plan. Had I not had that, I would have been out money and a vacuum. GSP is such a great thing to purchase.

I simply would not purchase a vacuum without the Geek Squad protection. The very reasonable cost is a wise investment. After experiencing a problem with my last vacuum, I returned it to the store, and it was replaced with my choice of a newer, more suitable model, and I just paid the difference. The associates were very helpful, and I'm very happy with my new vacuum.

Got extended warranty because it seem like vacuum don't last long at all and explained to rep that helped us find one he advised protection and what it covers so I think it worth extra 20 because they don't last long and we don't have to pay to get a new one if this messes up in a year

I can’t imagine my home without one of these. Could be heavier to suck up more of the grimes water but I’ve learned some tricks such as just using the wash mode with white vinegar instead of soap.

The geek squad protection is awesome. If your covered product starts giving trouble you can return/exchange anytime within the 2/4 years (as per your plan) and the best part no questions asked.

Anything I buy from Best buy...I always get the replacement plan. I have needed to take back a product before and with the plan ..Bestbuy replaces anything. no questions asked.

Its a protection plan...I haven't had to use it yet so I guess its like insurance good that its there "if you need it". The price was alright for a 4 year plan....I just hope that they honor the protection should I ever need to use it.

Very lightweight as I live in a bi-level home. I have 3 young children and have no problem cleaning up after them.

If you buy anything electronic anywhere get the extended warranty. I always do anymore. Best Buy has 1 of the easiest and best ones ive seen. And unfortunatly ive had to use several of them in the past.
