I love the GeekSquad warranties for vacuums. People always complain about trouble with vacuums. In the past couple of years, we've had trouble with a variety of vacuums. BestBuy immediately replaced them. You don't have to send the vacuum away or wait for service. They take the vacuum back right away and you get a replacement. Since it's nearly impossible to go for any length of time without a vacuum, this is invaluable. Also, the warranty is much cheaper than a repair would be at an independent vacuum service center. Why bother with a repair when you can have this warranty for a minimal amount of money?

I do not usually buy warranties for products but I did for a Hoover vacuum that I bought. Good thing I did because a part broke and was a pain to use as is. Took it to best buy store for a fix with geek squad and they said they can do an exchange for a new one or full refund! This is circumstantial and can vary due to the type of coverage for item. I got lucky because this vacuum was discontinued. Btw, used the Hoover vac for about a year before a part broke.

I just had a vacuum/stream mop from 2015 break on us but we had the protection on it. So I took it to Best Buy and they don't carry it anymore nor did they have a replacement available in store so they gave me a store credit for the amount I paid for it and I ordered a different one online.

A must when purchasing expensive products from Best Buy. I love the ease of returns and exchanges with this program. I highly recommend and you won’t regret it. Please keep looking at your best but account to update your Geek Squad protection.

Oh. My. Goodness!! I am not one to get excited about household appliances, but dang this this is awesome. The suction is amazing and the lift away feature is great! Love that I can clean air vents without standing on a stool. This vacuum is small but boy it is mighty! It almost feels self-propelled. Just a great vacuum and a very worthwhile purchase!

We have used the bestbuy warranty on other appliances. Worth the purchase if something goes wrong. Our Hoover quit working and got a replacement carpet cleaner from it. Not always needed but sure nice to have just in case.

I’ve purchased week squad protection on certain items and they have never let me down. I highly recommend purchasing it if you have any doubt in the item your buying. They stand behind this 100%

I always buy the protection plan because you never know if the vacuum will crack or suck up something that you cant fix. just bring the vacuum to best buy and they will replace it for you. easy as pie

This Best Buy Geek Squad helped salvage and get me a new Hoover Steam Cleaner Vacuum. I was out the door in less than15 mins with the replacement, no questions asked!

I wanted this vacuum for months I waited for it to go on sale and when i did they gave me the discount on the 5 year warranty plan that was even better! It was so great and I very pleased with its versatility.

I always buy Geek Squad on any item over $50 because in case of any accident, it is either repaired or full refund is issued, I have taken advantage of my plan a few times, it pays off.

I've had to use it in the past and best buy makes it super easy, just turn in the broken product and grab a new one off the Shelf. That's how you make it super easy.

We have purchased the Best Buy protection in the past and it has served us well. When we make large product purchases we will continue to get the warranty.

Sometimes it can be a gamble wondering if it's going to break or not but if you know the chances of the warranty is in your favor, go ahead purchase it.

Last vacuum I owned went out after 3 years geek squad paid for itself by crediting me back the cost 3 years ago and purchase a new one with store credit

Always get this. Works flawlessly. They just give you your money back on electronic items after 4 years? Come on you can't not do that.
