I enjoyed my 3d printer so much i went back and bought the warranty since it was so much cheaper in store than what it said online.

We love our geek squad protection. It’s peace of mind for my gadgets and my 10 year old.

I think it is pretty for the cause but I wish it was for a shorter time period and cheaper but still a alright product

The actual service from Geek Squad has been great. We had an issue with our 3D printer, and the replacement process was super easy. However, when we brought the item into the store, the employee at the Geek Squad desk was very rude and would not listen to us. He kept insisting that he could “guarantee” they did not handle that item and told us we needed to go to customer service instead. After dealing with the rude interaction, we did go to customer service, and he was technically correct — the return and replacement were processed there. Still, I do not think most customers would automatically know that, especially since the issue was still related to Geek Squad. Maybe Best Buy could improve the process by adding a sign at the entrance or having the greeter direct customers by saying something like, “If you have a Geek Squad return or replacement, please stop by customer service first.”

I haven’t had to use the geek squad protection yet however I am giving them a five star review based upon the knowledge that they have on the program and the assurance that I have that my products will be protected for the duration of this plan. Keep up the great work Best Buy.

This protection saved me a huge headache and $500! I bought a bambu 3D printer and within the first two weeks it printed a blob of death. Because I had the geek squad protection they just took it back and refunded my money and I got a new one. They made the process super easy and bambu wasn't being very helpful with the repair process either. This saved me so much time and effort. 100% worth it!
