I purchased the 2 year protection plan for this Hisense TV because, I didn't have a protection plan on my old TV I purchased from best buy when it broke recently so I couldn't get it repaired. I know this time if anything happens to my Hisense TV I just purchased if anything goes wrong with it, my Geek squad (Smart squad) is going to take care of the problem for me and having it like I just purchased fresh out of best buy. I don't like really calling em Geek squad because I know how it feels to get bullied, I know I'm going off topic. But it's great to have people like them for the warranty on you're items because they know what the problem is, answer all the questions, and are going to fix it.

Beautiful!! I recommended having agents perform the Install however, I had a friend help me, and we carefully made the transition from box to wall with minimal issues. This TV is large and slightly difficult to handle so, professional help Install is preferable. This being a Q6 TV was well worth the price and after a year now, it is still working great with a phenomenal picture. A slight issue with glare on the screen but, the brightness of the TV can overpower that easily. Works great for bright rooms. Q LEDs are notorious for being very bright and working well with bright rooms which includes little to no burn in issues. I’m hoping this TV lasts me many many years to come. Awesome!!

Technology is created with expiration in mind. Keeps the rich, rich. If you haven’t figured out that items lapse at expiry then ask someone who had a grandparent whose washer lived for decades. I know every device or electronic I buy now is meant to only be rented. You’re just renting this stuff and if ten percent will give me another year or two, that’s double what Samsung gives me.

Whenever I purchase a high price TV, computer, etc. I purchase the extended warranty since I feel comfortable knowing that Best Buy has my purchased covered if anything should go wrong. Hoping I never need to use it but confident if I do.

I recently had an issue with the TV I had purchased last year the required me to contact the Geek Squad to schedule an in home diagnostic appointment. Not only were the men who came out here were professional but they were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and just a delight to deal with but when they determined that the TV had basically died they were also more than competent when aiding in the process of obtaining a new one and coming back again to deliver, remove the old set and installing a brand new set that works even better than our previous set. They made the entire process as smooth, painless, and stress free far beyond than I have ever experienced before.

I recently purchased the LG 83" 4K Smart OLED TV from Best Buy, and I could not be happier with both the product and the service. The delivery team went above and beyond— they didn’t just drop it off; they hooked up the television, set up my surround sound, connected all my devices, and even took the time to walk me through how everything works. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made the whole experience absolutely wonderful. I’m thrilled with my new TV and very grateful for such outstanding service.

This by far the best television that I have ever bought. From start to finish it was wonderful. They delivered the tv. I immediately had it up and running within a half hour. The system was self guiding with absolutely no problem. It has all the bells and whistles. Picture absolutely beautiful!! I’m looking forward on purchasing one for my game room. You will not be disappointed!!!

Received this display as a Christmas gift for 2025! Great resolution for next generation consoles, easy to configure and install. Recommend contacting geek squad support if you require assistance with mounting services.

There was only one person that came out to deliver and install my 55 inch tv. I was a lil concerned on how this small man was going to mount this tv on my corner swivel mount with a ton pound chest under it. He was so professional and kind. His instillation was excellently executed with such precision to all details. I was very impressed. He is definitely a asset to your company and customers appreciate quality! P.S. He would not accept a tip

I love love love my new 75’ tv. I purchased a 55’ to go over the fireplace on Dec 15. After looking at it a week and loving the color I decided to go back on Dec 26 and replace it with a 75’ same brand.

Glad to have this protection plan in case something happens with the TV. Price was reasonable and easy to purchase this ad on. Hoping that the TV is good quality and we won’t need any repairs or other service.

This television couldn’t have come at a better time. I’m battling a major depression along with anxiety and PTSD. It is truly a comfort and a friend. It’s beautiful and ultra clear. I feel that things will get better as long as I stay focused and love me…

I've bought from other places that use 3 rd party contracts, then when something go wrong, you have to move mountains and find everything it took to show you bought it from the store. Contracts here are fixed or replaced here.

Gotta get the GSP with a big purchase. Way easier than manufacturer warranty and way longer.

Geek squad changed my whole living room experience! They are really friendly and I made them feel at home! They were on time and very fast when completing the masterwork.

This is honestly the best TV I’ve ever been able to experience, the picture quality is exceptional. You have to watch Interstellar on this TV. It is worth all the money and it is so beautiful. LG has a best OLED TV Panels.

No lie, on 10/05/2019, I bought my grandmother a TV along with a protection plan. About a month ago, she started complaining that her TV was flashing at the bottom and it got worse. My Uncle bought her another TV, but I remembered i got the PP. I procrastinated about a week to call them, but when I did, they scheduled someone to come. I live in North GA and we were in the path of the hurricane helene. They called and opted for me to send them a video of the issue. I sent it to them, and the next day, I was able to order a replacement TV. It was delivered on 10/04/24. (SN. We had other TV’s that were purchased that day and the PP expired and the TV’s are still working. $50 well spent!) and yes, I bought one for the new TV!

I love these tvs, great price and easy to use. We hardly ever have an issue with an app freezing out but unplugging it once and back in and everything is fine again. I connected my phone as a remote and my Google home also will control it so I can have a Google home automation play Gabby's dollhouse every morning at 7 am.
