Geek Squad offers the best protection plans

While I wish my Samsung washer and dryer held up and didn't need repairs.. I have to say, geek squad did everything in their power to try to make these things work. Repairs every 6 months for 3.5 years and every repair man was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. My two favorite of all the appliance repairmen? Adan and Jesus in the LA area. They were exceptional!

Always always always buy the extended warranty. I have used mine many times. Best Buy service warranties are the best. Service is always excellent.
