Customer Ratings & Reviews

Tizen TV (2025) delivers an impressive home theater experience, combining OLED picture quality with smart AI-driven features at a relatively accessible price point for a 77-inch display. Right away, the standout feature is the OLED panel. You get deep, true blacks and vibrant, lifelike colors that really shine when watching movies or streaming in 4K. Thanks to OLED HDR and Pantone-validated color, everything from dark scenes to bright highlights looks crisp and detailed. (Samsung) Performance is powered by Samsung’s NQ4 AI Gen2 Processor, which does a great job upscaling lower-resolution content to near-4K quality. The built-in Vision AI also adjusts picture and sound automatically based on what you’re watching, making the experience feel more tailored without needing to tweak settings constantly. (Samsung) For everyday use, the Smart Tizen platform is smooth and easy to navigate. Apps load quickly, and built-in voice assistants like Bixby make it convenient to search or control your TV hands-free. (Best Buy) Motion handling is solid as well, with a 120Hz refresh rate that keeps fast-paced content like sports and gaming looking fluid. While it’s not the highest-end model in Samsung’s OLED lineup, it still performs well for most users who want a mix of entertainment and casual gaming. On the downside, the built-in audio is decent but not amazing—you’ll likely want to pair it with a soundbar for a more immersive experience. Also, like many entry-level OLED models, peak brightness isn’t as high as premium options, so very bright rooms can slightly reduce the impact of HDR. Overall, the Samsung 77" S84F OLED is a strong value pick. It delivers excellent picture quality, smart AI features, and a massive screen size without the premium price tag of flagship models. It’s ideal for anyone looking to upgrade to a cinematic viewing experience at home. Rating: 4.5/5

Amazing item! The picture is beautiful and the thickness is insanely thin. Love this purchase, we bought this for ourselves as our Christmas gift to the house and could not be happier. Without a doubt, this is the nicest item in our home. Also, so happy we bought through Best Buy because not only can we pay it off over 2 years with 0 interest but they also delivered it to our house for free which was so nice to not have to worry about transport. 10/10 would recommend.

Great TV! This is my first OLED tv and even though it’s the entry level offering, it’s a great TV for the price! The only thing I didn’t like and apparently this is a thing with thin OLED tv is my tv have waves in the screen. It doesn’t affect the picture at all, but it aggravates me to see it when the TV is off.

Good purchase, I love it. The colors are fascinating.
