The generator arrived in about a week, it shipped from California. It was packed well and setup was very easy. The instructions were clear for setup and use. Within a week of receiving it, we had a heat related power outage and we were able to use give it a real life test. It ran everything we needed perfectly for several hours. I’m confident that as long as it has fuel, it will do what you need it to. It’s also not the quietest generator, but that’s minor. This is an excellent value and I would recommend it to anyone.
