This had fairly decent reviews but this computer was trash. I bought two for Christmas for my kids. You can’t play any games on them at all without them being so super laggy, and that’s when you switch the game graphics to the lowest settings and my sons keeps turning off randomly while he is playing it. I definitely won’t ever take a chance like this again. I am very disappointed.

It lasted for 7 days of use before the screen and graphics completely broke and could only be used if hooked up to a secondary monitor. Best Buy would not allow a return to the store, despite their own website saying could be returned to any store. They insisted we had to return it to the Best Buy marketplace vendor, and this was after using the online chat to make the appointment, who also said it could be replaced in store. It was 3 hours round trip to make it to the store and back home. Would not recommend this product or Geek Squad assistance.
