Website said HDMI cable included but VGA came!!

This monitor was supposed to come with an HDMI cable but came with a VGA instead. Please tell me how this can be replaced. Thanks.

Dear PeterS,
We are sorry you are unhappy with your refurbished Acer monitor. We checked Best Buy's product page and are unable to see where an HDMI cable is included with the monitor. Our documentation shows this K242HQL bid monitor includes a VGA cable, not HDMI cable.
