I don't reccomend getting this item shipped. Either the fan was just daulty from the start or it was knocked around during shipping, but it was like tv static turned to 11 (I'm really just letting my millennial flag fly high with that sentence, aren't I?). But the return process wasn't painful and I was able to purchase another laptop. From the store this time.

Bought online because I was promised a delivery date that would allow time to get my data transferred from old laptop before an upcoming trip. Didn't arrive when promised and was given 2 different dates on when it would arrive (2 weeks later). Went to the store and purchased one in stock instead of online and returned the online purchase when it finally arrived. Will not purchase from the Best Buy online store again if at all possible.
