Dear AmyH,
We are sorry you are unhappy with your Acer Aspire laptop. This model has a lower end Intel core 3 CPU. It is designed as an "economy" or "budget" option for basic, everyday tasks like web browsing, office applications, and school work, sitting below the mainstream Core i5 and high-end i7/i9 processors. If you feel there is a problem with the laptop please feel free to contact our support team at 866-695-2237; they are available to assist 24/7 for in-warranty products.
