I could not get the computer to open and start reviewing the applications, support asked me to wait 48 hours.. after 72 hours and still circling.. I returned the item

Ordering was simple, receiving was easy and I am very proud to be the owner of an Acer laptop. Easy to setup and even easier to use. I would recommend this item to anyone I love it. Best Buy is great to work with also.
