The vertical viewing angles don't offer a clear whole picture and it drives me crazy. Colors and depth are wonderful otherwise, full list below: Pros: - the picture is lovely and vibrant - mostly (see below) - the response time is everything I dreamed of - it's super easy to put together - you can easily adjust the stand pretty much any way you want and it doesn't feel loose at all Cons: - speakers are pretty tinny and just not really quality, but I don't really expect quality speakers out of a monitor anyways - the colors at the top and bottom of the monitor are either dark or washed out respectively, and no amount of adjusting will fix it. I tried using all the settings on the monitor menu, and then I tried all the options on my NVIDIA card settings, nothing changed it at all. It's just a viewing angle issue, and no angle gives it a completely clear picture. Unfortunately I personally can't handle the fade, it drives me nuts, and I'm returning it.

I'll start with for the money being a 4k and 1ms response time unit this is a great buy for a gaming monitor. Out of the box I wasn't super impressed with the color BUT, after I took my time to calibrate the colors this monitor actually looks great. Now if you are a fan of saturated colors this isn't for you. The colors are very cool and easy on the eyes, I think it looks fantastic. Make sure you calibrate it before reviewing it!!!!!

Easy setup, nice feature package and including the Display port cable thrown in the package for free. 4k capable monitor was well priced and plenty large for work or play

4K image quality for a PC that can push those pixels. Most users may not need these resolutions but if you are a high end gamer or call your PC a “workstation” then this could be for you. Price was lower than most other alternatives.

I reviewed many monitors with 4k and I had very specific needs. The first being 4k and high level of color accuracy for photography and video editing. The second was size and flexibility if tilt and hieght adjustments. It's amazing how the height adjustment feature really solidified my decision on this because I need it to be flexible and if I need it to sit lower you just push it down. Love it. The matte surface if monitor screen is awesome given the reduction of glare. I know folks love their shijny screens but there's a price to pay there. Feature wise I find it to be fairly versatile.

Great price on such a great monitor. The same monitor from another brand cost 100 to 200$ more. So far the monitor is working perfectly and couldn't ask for better. Totally recommend this monitor.

If value is your number one priority in choosing a 4k monitor, this might be what you're looking for. For me, I was looking for a 28" with 2k and freesync. And over the black Friday weekend deals this is what I ended up with. I'm happy with it for gaming (even though 60 hertz is borderline too slow) but it doesn't perform well when looking at it from an angle. I like to lay back and watch movies some times and this monitor isn't the best for that. An IPS monitor would be better for this use, but is much more expensive. It's also very heavy and a bit hard to move around. 8/10 would recommend.

I upgraded my video card a few months ago to a 1080 from a 970. Now all I needed was a monitor that could handle the graphics. I saw this one on sale for Black Friday and picked it up. I could not be more pleased. Great color, sharpness, and 1ms for gaming. I love it and for the price you cant go wrong. Only downside is base was a bit of a bear to mount to monitor, but once it was on... it fit great.

For a 4K monitor at 28" in size, it is definitely worth the price, especially for those who game. I have yet to fully test the 4K resolution, but from my research, I know it will handle the mid-line gaming I will be doing. My only complaint is that out of the box the base plate was defective in that the housing would not line up properly with the neck of the monitor; therefore, the monitor has a slight alignment issue. It's a very minor inconvenience, so I did not exchange it for another.

Best Buy seduced me with a great "Elite" sale price. I'd not seriously considered upgrading, as I was content with a 24" 1080p Dell. The Acer monitor was easy to set up. It has a really robust stand with adjustment side-to-side, rotate up & down & also sliding up & down. The 4K is gorgeous, sharp & vibrant. I use a separate speaker with a sub-woofer, but the monitor speakers are better than many I have heard. This monitor is pricey, but totally worth it.

The good Good picture - not blurriness, ghosting, etc that I can see Not expensive compared to other 4K screens The bad A little slow to reawaken from sleep The menus are not great - they are awkward to navigate. I would buy this again though for sure. Make sure you get a cable that is capable of pushing 60hz and a video card that can run 4K at 60hz. Otherwise the experience will be miserable.

I've tried BenQ's 4K monitor and Asus' 4K monitor, ended up returning both. Got this guy for around the same price as those two and ended up loving it. The color and contrast are amazing, especially for gaming. I hooked this up to my PS4 Pro and wow did it help compared to a 1080p monitor I had. Does 2160p at 60 fps which is what I was mainly looking for. The stand is also very nice, can be set at many different heights and can be turned 180 degrees if you ever need portrait mode. If you're looking for a 4K monitor for under $500, look no further!

The brightness and color accuracy is excellent with no tweaking needed (I do run it in "graphics" mode). The highly adjustable stand is just icing on the cake. I would subtract a half a star if possible due to a dark tinting effect when viewed in portrait mode. If you can get this for under $300 I would highly suggest it.

This monitor looks amazing. I love the adjustability of the screen is awesome. The games look great and with the 1ms response time they are super smooth. It doesn’t have HDR but it’s really close. I could only tell a small difference between this screen and my expensive Sony Bravia when playing games.

First off i agonized over choosing 4k or 144hz . Quality of image was the right choice. Picture is amazing (coming from 1080p) what i was not expecting was the high quality stand that comes with this monitor. All the function of a desk mount out of box.

I finally decided to upgrade to a 4K monitor on Black Friday. I definitely made the right choice as this monitor comes with an adjustable stand (even turns vertically), and all the cables it has inputs for. Beautiful picture quality

This monitor is a great upgrade from a non 4K resolution display. If you prefer a matte display vs. the glass look of iMac or Surface devices, this will work well for you. My reason for buying this monitor was the price.

I’ve used TV like Samsung but using a screen monitor is way better since it’s a smaller size so less pixels and everything runs smoothly for a 4K monitor
