The motherboard is a Gigabyte B760M C-V3 which is a standard micro-ATX board, while the PSU is a Thermaltake 650W 80+ Gold G3 Unit, which is also another off-the-shelf component. So Yes --- the PC is upgradable, to an extent (the case space is a little bit restrictive if you upgrade to larger cards).
