I purchased this Acer Nitro 60 gaming desktop on June 16th, and it’s been an absolute nightmare since day one. I was really excited to get a PC with the Ryzen 7, 32GB of DDR5 RAM, and that RTX 5070 Ti, but this thing has been nothing but trouble. Right from the start, the performance has been disappointing. While gaming, it stutters constantly, even in titles that should run smoothly on hardware like this. The frame rates drop randomly and it feels laggy and unresponsive, which completely ruins the gaming experience I was hoping for. Now, after just two weeks, the PC won’t even turn on at all. No lights, no fans, nothing. It’s completely dead. I followed all the basic troubleshooting steps — checking the power cable, trying different outlets, even resetting the CMOS — but nothing brings it back to life. This has been one of the worst tech purchases I’ve ever made. The hardware sounds good on paper, but in reality it’s unreliable and poorly built. I’m in the process of returning it, but honestly I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their time or money on this Acer Nitro 60. Stay far away from this model.”

Ive had my Acer Nitro 60 for just over a month, and i am extremely happy. It has an RTX 5070 ti and has no problem running any game out there. The fans are extremely quiet while gaming as well. I have my PC sitting underneath my desk, so i dont mind all of the LED lights. I highly recommend this PC to any gamer out there. 5 stars all day.

Really good at running any game you want the only thing ive had a problem with recently is that i experience fps drops in Apex legends due to cpu overload but other than that its easy to set up and runs like a beast

Worst customer service experience of my life. Bounced back and forth between Best Buy and Acer till I finally had to get the BBB involved. Do not buy from Best Buy and definitely not this piece of junk.

Quiet machine. Worked out the box. Got for $1800 during holiday sales. Good computing power for the price point.
