I use two monitors. I ordered this pc based on the website pictures provided, which clearly displayed two HDMI video outputs PLUS a DVI video output. The spec sheet was not clear about the number of video outputs, under "additional outputs" mentioned "HDMI output." Additional to what? When it arrived, it only had one HDMI video output, along with a VGA video output. Unacceptable, NOT WHAT I ORDERED, NOT WHAT WAS SOLD! I immediately returned it to the nearest store, without even plugging it in. It would not serve my needs, in spite of the picture showing it would. Deceptive Advertising! I then ordered directly from HP, and got the tower I wanted. Since this review site won't accept reviews that don't give at least one star, I had to give it the one star. Should be no stars for no opinion, since I never turned it on.

We are sorry you are unhappy with the specifications on your recertified Acer Aspire desktop. This model has one HDMI port to connect a monitor. We understand you returned the product but the specifications are also posted on our site as well: https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/model/DT.B89AA.014. The recertified products should have the same specifications; as it mentioned here it states this model has one HDMI port. We hope this clarifies and we hope you will try Acer products in the future.

this tower is my window to the world...as a disabled vet I don't get out much, literally...virtually is another story...me and my refurbished Acer have been around the world a few times...I was hesitant to buy a refurbished unit but hey...it works as good if not better than my last 3 new ones...

For the first 2 weeks or so this computer worked great. Then one day I went to turn it on and couldn't use the keyboard or mouse. Checked everything and turns out that every single USB port was not working. It could've just been this one computer but I probably would have had to spend upwards of $100 to get it fixed.
