I was really worried buying something refurbished. I was on a tight budget looking for a good laptop for computer engineering. Super happy with the purchase so far. I can't honestly tell that it was refurbished. Really fast and been working great for me.

Perfect laptop, no worries about it, just that u needed

Bought this refurbished in Excellent condition and honestly couldn't tell it apart from new. No scratches, clean screen, battery health looked great, and everything was in the box. The 16 inch 3K OLED is the star here. Colors are rich, blacks are deep, and text is super sharp, which makes long days of spreadsheets, emails, and videos a lot easier on the eyes. The touch screen comes in handy more than I expected. It's also surprisingly light for a 16 inch laptop, so I carry it around every day without thinking about it. Battery easily gets me through a full workday, and it stays quiet and cool. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5: the glossy screen picks up reflections in bright rooms, and the speakers are just okay. For the price of a refurb, though, it's a great deal and I'd buy it again.

Decent laptop. Tested in music production, even if refurnished do a great job handling big projects. No overheat that I feel. I don’t tested in games.

I bought this laptop for school, and it handles everything: great power, battery life, screen, and durability.

got this for my son who is in engineering classes several hours a day, no need to plug in. Light, and long battery life

Great Laptop, I absolutely love this computer. Very good, case wight, batery. The Acer Swift 16 AI is a great option for those looking for a portable and powerful laptop with a stunning OLED display. While it has some drawbacks, its pros make it a solid choice for productivity and entertainment.

Not sure how anyone can credibly claim “excellent” refurbished condition. First laptop arrived with a stripped screw on the CPU heatsink. A minor enough flaw that most might not ever find unless they went to clean and repaste the SOC. Given that I do check these things and didnt want to deal with that, I sent it back. The second unit arrived in much worse shape. The screen had a horrible flicker, at least one USB port was non-functional and the touchpad did not work. It too has been sent back. I doubt I’ll try a third attempt. Acer, your quality control is in the toilet. I buy excellent refurbished items for a like-new experience without the new price. This was a sub-par experience across the board. Which is a shame because I loved the design and the reviews from PC Mag, PC World, Tom’s, etc were all largely positive. I had such high hopes.

Please do not purchase - Laptop shuts off on its own and track pad doesnt work. Because its a third part seller limited to no warranty and Best Buy also cannot provide a refund or replacement.

You guys at Acer must only check external condition when sending out these "refurbished excellent" models lol what a joke.
