Decent laptop. Tested in music production, even if refurnished do a great job handling big projects. No overheat that I feel. I don’t tested in games.

Great Laptop, I absolutely love this computer. Very good, case wight, batery. The Acer Swift 16 AI is a great option for those looking for a portable and powerful laptop with a stunning OLED display. While it has some drawbacks, its pros make it a solid choice for productivity and entertainment.

Not sure how anyone can credibly claim “excellent” refurbished condition. First laptop arrived with a stripped screw on the CPU heatsink. A minor enough flaw that most might not ever find unless they went to clean and repaste the SOC. Given that I do check these things and didnt want to deal with that, I sent it back. The second unit arrived in much worse shape. The screen had a horrible flicker, at least one USB port was non-functional and the touchpad did not work. It too has been sent back. I doubt I’ll try a third attempt. Acer, your quality control is in the toilet. I buy excellent refurbished items for a like-new experience without the new price. This was a sub-par experience across the board. Which is a shame because I loved the design and the reviews from PC Mag, PC World, Tom’s, etc were all largely positive. I had such high hopes.
