Product arrived well packaged and protected. It took me awhile to get it setup because I wanted to get the Llano V12 Ultra to protect my investment. While setting up, I encountered a few issues of freezing and glitching - four events, but I was able to resolve by force restart by holding down the power button for 10-15 seconds. Unfortunately, I didn't think to take pictures or video record each individual incident. The display glitching blacked out the screen with some pixel cells lighting up. While setting up, I was nearing the end with submitting for a free month of Business 365, the laptop froze and I had to restart, thus losing my free one month Business 365 Version. When finally restarted and went through the whole process again, I was only granted a free month version of Homne 365. Once everything finally finshed setting up, I then had to try and set my latop up with WSL2.
