I was able to connect my Dell laptop to 2 external monitors using the 2 HDMI ports on this docking station. Plug and play works great. Micro SD slot works fine. I also attached my external hard drive using the USB-A 3.0 port and it works great. So far no issues.

I’ve been using the Acer USB-C Docking Station for a few weeks now, and it has made my setup so much more convenient. It connects easily through a single USB-C cable, and both of my HDMI monitors work flawlessly — one in 4K and the other in 1080p. The picture is sharp with no noticeable lag. The extra ports are a big plus. I use the USB-A ports for my keyboard and mouse, and the SD/microSD slots make it easy to transfer photos. I’ve been using this dock for my work setup and honestly it’s made life a lot easier. I can plug in everything, monitors, mouse, keyboard, SD card all through one USB-C, which is exactly what I needed. The dual monitor support works well. Charging is also a big plus since I don’t have to keep my laptop charger separately plugged in all the time. Only small issues I’ve noticed and the cable feels a little short depending on how your desk is set up. Not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of. Overall, really convenient and does what it’s supposed to without any major problems. Definitely worth it for a clean setup.

So in short; I like the appearance and versatility of this usb-C dock; with the exception of an Ethernet port it connects everything I need to my work laptop. I also appreciate the "Lock" button on the top of the dock so I can lock my system as I am required to do by company protocol. My main detraction from this dock is the power passthrough - I can use the OEM charger or any other brand I've got, my system still says it's not getting enough power when I plug it into the hub and not directly into my system. I have an older Lenovo dock that doesn't have this issue so I'm not sure why a newer one would.

This is very good lightweight docking station I purchased recently with multiple ports like usb, usb-c, memory card adapter and most importantly two hdmi port. It is very easy to setup, just insert the port into the docker and put the usbc into your laptop. This multi use docker is helpful if you connect multiple devices into your laptop.

This was perfect for a fast home office set up. Delivery took a little longer than promised on website though. Vendor created shipping label but sat on shipment for about 4 days. No complaints with product though.
