Will the nightmare of the war ever end? Will your mind be at peace one day? In Ad Infinitum, you play as a German soldier haunted by the horrors of the Great War.

  • Dream and reality

You wake up in your bedroom, unchanged from your teenage years, in a run-down and deserted manor house. But then you suddenly find yourself in the trenches where the only beings around are horrific monsters.

  • Nightmares

Unspeakable nightmares come to life in the recesses of your mind. To escape the death traps and terrifying creatures, you must understand each monster and solve the puzzles that stand in your way.

A great game for fans of horror and tragedies.

A fantastic horror game where actions have consequences and determine which of the multiple endings you get. How you defeat bosses can impact your game, because you choose how to stop them and even possibly what to do after you've stopped them. It's nice that it's not collectable heavy, but full of cool and creepy things to find. The environments are creepy and give you a sense of emptiness. The best feature of the game is the ambient sound and character/creature sounds, as when things become intense, the screams drown out everything or the actions can be deafening. The devs clearly convey right from the start that this is a story about how war affects everyone and everything and told from a WW1 survivors' point of view. It's an incredibly sad story that has no real redeeming story endings, though I highly recommend playing it. If you like games like, Madison, Those Who Remain, Oxide: Room 104, Blair Witch, Martha is Dead, or Bendy and the Ink Machine this is something similar.
