We’ll save you the hassle and help you get your game on when we professionally assemble your arcade cabinet. We’ll use proper tools and ensure the product is assembled precisely to the manufacturer’s specifications and assemble any included accessories. Then, we’ll connect the cabinet to your existing network, if applicable, to complete any needed firmware updates. We’ll also adjust the cabinet’s picture, sound and general settings. Once the setup is finished, we’ll take the time to demo your new technology and make sure you know how to use it. Finally, we’ll ensure the workspace is clean when we finish. Best Buy’s TV services are backed by a 90-day limited workmanship warranty.
- Delivery and unboxing: Your service includes delivery to a room serviced by an elevator or up to the third floor. After delivery, we’ll unbox your new arcade cabinet. For some TVs, the delivery and installation may be scheduled separately.
- Assembling your arcade cabinet: We’ll assemble the arcade cabinet you purchased from Best Buy using the proper tools and ensure it’s done to the manufacturer’s specifications. We’ll also assemble any included accessories, such as a riser, stool or bench.
- Installing safety and protection parts: We’ll install any safety restraints, mounts or floor protection pieces recommended and provided by the manufacturer.
- Connecting to your home network: After the cabinet is assembled, we'll add it to your existing wireless network and perform any necessary firmware updates.
- Customizing settings: We’ll adjust the picture, sound and other settings for optimal use in your room.
- Reviewing finished arcade cabinet: Once the cabinet is assembled, we’ll ensure it is fully functional and verify its integrity. Then, we’ll show you the finished product to demonstrate its features and ensure it’s comfortable for your use.
- Cleaning up and removing packaging: After the installation, we'll clean up the work area and remove any packaging your products came in.

- This service does not include assembling products not purchased at Best Buy, running any wires or setting up a new Wi-Fi network.
- Additional charges may apply for delivery or services in extended areas, and the charges are based on location.
- Service returns cannot be accepted after installation services are completed.
- Add-on services must be purchased and scheduled at the same time as a primary installation, or your appointment may be rescheduled with additional charges.
- We provide a 90-day workmanship warranty on applicable services. If a service call is needed within the warranty period, there will be a $99.99 deposit plus applicable taxes at the time of scheduling which will be refunded to you if we determine that there was a defect in our workmanship. This warranty begins from the date of service completion.
