We’ll mount your TV and soundbar at your desired level, and then, depending on the wall type, conceal properly rated cables either inside the drywall or on the wall itself. If possible, we’ll also extend your power through the wall to a nearby existing outlet. Then, we’ll set up, configure and customize your TV and soundbar to work together to give you an amazing home theater experience. We’ll make sure the picture settings are customized and the sound settings are just right for your room. If your soundbar allows for it, we’ll also set up the app that allows you to send music directly to it. Once the setup is finished, we’ll take the time to demo your new technology to make sure you know how to use it and ensure that the workspace is clean.   • Initial evaluation and consultation: When we arrive at your home, we'll evaluate the service area, inspect the area in the stud bay for any obstruction of the service and discuss the scope of work to ensure everything meets your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.
  • Delivery, unboxing and exploration: We’ll deliver to a room serviced by an elevator or up to the third floor and then discuss the placement of the new TV. For some TVs, the delivery and installation may be scheduled separately.
  • Installing the in-wall power extension kit: We’ll help you choose the ideal placement for the in-wall power extension kit based on the desired TV location and then install the device in a drywall surface between two studs. Then, we’ll use your existing and nearby power outlet to provide power to the TV.
  • Installing media back box: If applicable, we’ll install the media box designed for use with your TV to conceal other cables and components in a recessed bay.
  • Mounting your TV and soundbar: We’ll help you choose the best placement for your TV and soundbar and mount them. Mounts for your TV and soundbar are usually sold separately.
  • Connecting your video devices and soundbar: We'll connect your TV to your video components and soundbar in a single room. If included, we'll also set up rear speakers, sub and/or audio hub.
  • Connecting to your home network: After the TV, soundbar and video devices are connected, we'll add them to your existing wireless network and perform the necessary software or firmware updates.
  • Programming the audio platform: If capable, we’ll use your phone, tablet or computer to install your soundbar and ensure the best settings are adjusted for your space. If applicable, we’ll assist in tuning the soundbar for the best sound.
  • Customizing settings: We’ll configure the picture, sound and general settings on your TV to fit your room and preferences.
  • Configuring subscriptions and accounts: Once your soundbar is connected to the network, we'll configure up to two smart streaming services as needed (Apple Music, Spotify, etc.) and help you set up your associated user accounts.
  • Programming remote controls: Our installers will program manufacturer or service provider remote controls (DirecTV, Xfinity, etc.), set them up for Bluetooth control, and, if applicable, configure an existing voice control device for basic TV control commands.
  • Neatly conceal and dress cables: We'll make sure that all wires and cables we are able to conceal are neatly dressed, using wire ties when necessary.
  • System demo and answering questions: Once the services are completed, we’ll perform a system demo to show you the features and benefits of your new technology. We’ll answer any questions you may have and discuss additional solutions that will improve your TV experience.
  • Cleaning up and removing packaging: After the installation, we'll clean up the work area and remove any packaging your products came in. We'll haul away and recycle your old TV if it was included in the order or is available to order during the appointment.
