Works great, and it's so quiet! My only issue is it's difficult to drain the water. The valve is only a quarter inch off the floor, so you can't just slip a shallow pan underneath it. I had to set my unit up on a small table so I could drain it over the edge into a bucket. You'll probably want to buy a drain hose and elevate it slightly so the water has somewhere to go. Other portable AC's I've owned had their valves placed a bit higher which made it far easier to drain.
