Afgrund - The Age Of Dumb - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

With their seventh full-length, InchDeath Doom PunksInch, Arroganz deliver exactly what the title promises the brutality of old school death metal meets the attitude and unpolished directness of punk. This album pulls no punches and hits straight into the gut and face. The German trio has amplified 15 years of experience into a record that comes with their trademark sound but is confident and mature both in songwriting and storytelling. On InchDeath Doom PunksInch, Arroganz are never afraid to let their influences shine through as they obviously made them their own. Driven by a heavy pumping bass and relentlessly whipped drum skins, the trio stacks massive riffs on top of each other and finishes any remaining resistance off with a barrage of deep-throated growls. Whatever Arroganz are doing, it always comes out at 100% while never forgetting the original roots in old school death metal. The trio's unwillingness to compromise has been hailed by many and earned them the hate of others - about which they do not give the slightest... as authenticity and honesty in every aspect are their key traits. With Arroganz what you see and hear is what you get, and InchDeath Doom PunksInch is not just the album title but also a declaration of allegiance and intent. Get on board, bang your head, slam and rage - or get out! Album Tracks 1. Die for Nothing 2. Under Scarred Skin 3. Pain Forged Armor 4. Death Doom Punks 5. Anti-Ideology 6. Arsenic Breath 7. Incubus' Veins 8. Earth's Final Dose 9. Spirit Arsonist

2020 . After 17 years the Swedish black metal phenomenon Armagedda crawls back from the netherworlds. And so it was told that in the seventeenth year, things that were thought to be dead begun to stir again in the earth, as if awoken by the stench of man-fear penetrating deep beyond the reach of sunlight. Reanimated by some nameless and cursed source of vitality they say it has begun pouring and trickling from the dark crevices of the North, like an ancient curse into the veins of the world. And with the same fearful fascination that we behold something full of life being robbed of it's vitality and pulse, we shall now bear witness to that which ought to be forever dead but by unnatural impulse and eager invocation is again given life, to haunt and to stalk the night of the world. Album Tracks 1. Det Sjuttonde Året 2. Ond Spiritism 3. Likvaka 4. Djupens Djup 5. Guds Kadaver (En Falsk Messias) 6. Flod Av Smuts 7. Evigheten I en Obrutbar Cirkel
