Inconsistently operates
When the device works, it is marvelous. When it doesn't work, it is frustrating and without apparent cause or solution. Failure to operate does not relate to battery strength. This erratic operating condition has been since day one, three months ago. We use it to operate a 'compute stick' Win11 PC attached to our TV in lieu of a hardwire mouse. A few years ago, we had what looked like an identical device and it worked marvelously and consistently. Wish I still had that one.
