Nice, but not as good as the N1 Max

I replaced my N1 Max with this after the battery died and it does not work nearly as well as the old machine. Shorter run time and less power. Still does the job, but I'd love my N1 back.

Almost Perfect

Does a really great job cleaning walls and floor. I just wish it was not quite so heavy and would really like it if the handle were on the same side as the plug in as I have to rotate it around to plug it in as opposed to just laying it straight down. It would be nice if it would somehow just come up and dock itself so save our backs!! Other than that I have really loved it so far and would highly recommend it .

The vacuum does a great job of cleaning even the corners. I just wish it would come to the top of the surface when it is done or the battery is done

Ordered it 2.5 weeks ago. Does not pick up dirt even when it tracks over it. Take about a full week to cover certain areas. Hits a slope in the pool and it’s floating doing a wheelie. Tried to return and bestbuy has a 15 day return policy and wouldn’t accept after 17 days. Absolute GARBAGE. The return policy is a SCAM. Bestbuy even states after your purchase “easy return and purchase.” I should’ve known it wasn’t when they stated that. I never leave negative reviews but have to with the quality of this product and the worst customer service. Wouldn’t buy this for $100 for the pool.
