I have used this pool cleaner several times since delivery and it has done a fantastic job cleaning and giving us a sparkling pool! Setup was easy.I am learning something new every use. I highly recommend this cleaner, having no cord attached is a wonderful thing. The only trouble we ran into when setting it il was the it doesn’t support 5G network

Switched to robotic. It just takes some getting use to, as you have to charge it before you use it every time.

I am so happy I bought this vacuum! I was a little hesitant at first, but after the first use i love it so much! Works amazing! The bottom of my pool was pretty dirty, but i didn’t expect for it to pick up so much dirt that you couldnt see! This vacuum is a total game changer. I will never go to a manual vac again! I am so happy with this purchase! Would definitely buy again!

We upgraded from the N1Pro to the X1Pro and are extremely happy with this cleaner. The N1Pro worked great but this is on another level! Having the capability to set from your phone is awesome and the charging dock works great as well. Very powerful and cleans our entire pool on a single charge. Would highly recommend!

The Aiper - Scuba X1 Pro is an amazing pool cleaner. I have used a number of different cleaners for my in ground pool and feel that Aiper is at the top of the list! Very, very easy set up and instructions on use, with multiple modes for cleaning the pool (walls only, entire pool, etc.). It not only picks up larger debris like leaves, small sticks, etc., but also collects the fine particles like sand. The filter is easy to clean and its very nice to have multiple charging options!

In my opinion, this product has several issues that are worth mentioning: 1. When the debris basket fills up (which happens often and quickly), when the battery runs out, or even when the cleaning cycle simply finishes, the robot stops randomly anywhere in the pool instead of returning near the walls as described. This makes retrieval inconvenient. 2. The handle is too narrow for the provided hook and also designed badly, making it difficult to grab and pull the unit out of the pool. 3. On several occasions, the robot failed to clean the pool properly. It moves in an erratic pattern and does not seem to effectively use its sensors to recognize the pool’s shape or detect debris, leaving noticeable dirt behind. 4. The motor cover sometimes pops up during the cleaning cycle, which raises concerns about durability and design quality. 5. When the robot reaches the deeper part of the pool and encounters a change in slope, it often fails to stay in contact with the surface and begins to float, which prevents it from picking up debris effectively. When I first received the product, I was very excited. However, it quickly became clear that overall, it is not a well-designed product. Initially, I even considered purchasing the HydroComm to control it underwater, but after experiencing these issues, I realized the product has fundamental design flaws. I ended up returning it and purchased a different (more expensive) wired robot instead. So far, I’m hoping for a better experience with this one.

Thank you for taking the time to provide such a detailed and honest review of the Aiper Scuba X1 Pro. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially given your initial excitement about the product.
We have carefully noted each of the issues you raised: random stopping and difficult retrieval, narrow handle and poor hook design, erratic cleaning patterns and ineffective sensor use, motor cover popping open during operation, and floating and loss of surface contact on slopes.

I bought this in November. It does a great job of cleaning the pool. Retrieving it from the pool is a challenge since it weighs 25 lbs + the water inside. It has now stopped working (less than 2 months), and I have to ship it to the manufacturer for repairs.

Thanks for your feedback. We are very sorry for the unpleasant experience with the cordless robotic pool cleaner Scuba X1 Pro. Since it has a quick water release function, when the machine is low on power and docked closest along with the wall, you could use the retrieval hook to salvage it ashore without much effort. It comes with a 24-month warranty and worry-free customer service from the date of purchase. If you encounter any unforeseen quality issues with your machine, or it just doesn't meet your expectations, please feel free to contact our customer support via email at service@aiper.com. We are always ready to provide you with feasible solutions. <img src="https://s3.amazonaws.com/stratos-logos/logos/AIPER.png" alt="AIPER" title="AIPER" style="display: block !important; margin-top: 2em !important; border: 1px solid #ccc !important; padding: 2px !important; background-color: white !important;" />

Replaced our corded Dolphin with this Aiper and so glad we did! Cleans very well in a timely manner. I love how it develops a pattern and just doesn’t wonder around cleaning like our Dolphin did.

A bit underpowered filter always clogging so you have to change it pretty regularly. It stops in the odd places you can’t control while it’s underwater without extra pieces always missing spots when it cleans and after a little while, when the filter gets a little bit clogged, it does wheelies around the pool and it stops cleaning very well. Don’t buy this.

Thank you for your honest feedback, Harley. We're truly sorry to hear that the Scuba X1 Pro hasn’t met your expectations, especially with filter clogging, "wheelies" behavior, and missed cleaning spots.
We recommend trying these steps:
Clean the filter thoroughly after every use – Rinse both the filter basket and the ultra‑fine filter sleeve with a high‑pressure water gun to remove fine particles. A clogged filter is the most frequent cause of performance issues.
If you've tried these steps and the issues persist, there may be a defect in your specific unit. Please reach out to our support team with your purchase details and, if possible, a short video showing the "wheelies" behavior and where the robot gets stuck. This will help our team diagnose whether it's a navigation issue, a filter‑related problem, or something else entirely.
You can contact us at service@aiper.com. We're committed to helping resolve this for you.
Thank you again for your honest feedback, and we apologize for the frustration this has caused.

Only a part of the pool is cleaned and it does not clean the full pool. Get stuck in the same pattern . Battery life is not great.

Thanks for your feedback. We are very sorry for the unpleasant experience with the cordless robotic pool cleaner Scuba X1 Pro. The bottom of the pool has an irregular slope/the shape of the pool is not regular, and the machine's intelligent path planning function cannot work. Where it has not been cleaned, you can manually clean it or let the machine clean again, basically covering all areas. To further make sure what caused the cleaner faulty battery, please do the troubleshooting steps below to fix the issue: 1. Before using the machine, make sure that the machine is in full power to avoid affecting the machine's operating battery life and product experience; Exceeding the warranty period of the machine: The capacity of the lithium battery of the machine is decayed normally. The longer the use time, the lower the battery capacity, resulting in a decrease in battery life, which is a normal phenomenon; 3. During the warranty period, you need to understand the actual usage status of the machine, such as what power is used, what mode is running for how long, etc., and then make a judgment; 4. The Scuba X1 Pro can choose the cleaning intensity of the machine. If the customer uses the maximum power mode throughout the whole process, the battery life will be shorter, which is a normal phenomenon; 5. If the product is within the warranty period and the machine runs for a short time after being fully charged, please inform us of the operating power and operating time of the mode. We appreciate your support and cooperation in providing details with us via email at service@aiper.com. We understand that timely and effective support is crucial, and we are committed to resolving any issues you may encounter promptly. <img src="https://s3.amazonaws.com/stratos-logos/logos/AIPER.png" alt="AIPER" title="AIPER" style="display: block !important; margin-top: 2em !important; border: 1px solid #ccc !important; padding: 2px !important; background-color: white !important;" />

Not for me, I tried it twice and it just seemed confused and spent more time doing circles in the middle of the deep end than it did cleaning. I tried it twice because I thought the first time it was just mapping the pool but nope it did the same thing the second time around. For the price I paid I would expect A LOT better product! Therefore it will be going back to the store.

Thanks for your feedback. We are very sorry for the unpleasant experience with the cordless robotic pool cleaner Scuba X1 Pro. To further make sure what caused the cleaner failure, please do the troubleshooting steps below to fix the issue: 1. The product's path planning function needs to be judged based on the complexity of the client's swimming pool structure (including slope/special swimming pool, etc.). The machine's path planning will be deviated and there will be a mess of walking paths. This phenomenon is normal. As long as the machine's working battery life is long enough, most areas can be cleaned; 2. The bottom of the swimming pool is too smooth, and the machine will slip while walking, resulting in deviations in the path of walking, which will lead to messy paths; 3. The bottom of the pool has an irregular slope/the shape of the pool is not regular, and the machine's intelligent path planning function cannot work.
