Works very good
The unit is an excellent air conditioner…it cools fast it’s easy to use has a good selection of options like fan speed, timer, dehumidifier…etc…However I held back on 5 stars because it had three of the frames for the exhaust, it should have had two frames and the hose connection panel to the exhaust out the window …ok it happens but it also took over ten days to receive my exhaust panel after I made the claim…however the ac unit is an excellent one

DO NOT BUY
Customer service is an absolute joke and the phone number will not get you anywhere. My A/C crapped out after 30 days of use. They “ sent me a new one “ but was shipped to a completely different city with no actual address. Waste of time and money.
