The luggage was great if I could use it on united airlines who confiscated it and had to pay to ship back to my home Best Buy would not make me return the item due to their 15 day policy and explained that I was in Europe and was not able to meet the deadline. No exceptions, which is sad for now the item is useless for me. I am 75 years of age and helped me get from one gate to the next. Not sure why they would not honor my explanation. Very disappointed and would not recommend for anyone to get one with their policy, I am certain they could have made an exception
